The COVID-19 crisis has caused enormous disruption to the lives of all South Africans including work in the Skills Development Sector. A challenge that currently faces the sector in this time of social distancing is the need for centres to apply for accreditation under SASSETA’s scope.
This challenge also applies to applications who have already submitted accreditation applications under SASSETAs scope. As no travel can take place during this lockdown period, this has a serious implication for the accreditation visits and verification visits. The following cannot be done at this stage.
