Please Note: If the organisation does not submit the ATR for any given year, they forfeit the 50% that would have been allocated upon the submission of the WSP for the following financial year and will have to wait for the next levy disbursement cycle. In other words if step 4 as depicted in the diagram is skipped, the organisation will have to wait for one complete Levy Disbursement Cycle to pass.
