Client Services
Client services was established to manage the communications function, both internally and to stakeholders. It was borne out of SASSETA’s new service approach of client centredness. It aims are, among others, to: • develop and implement a public relations strategy • develop and maintain an internal and external communication strategy; • manage the content of the website; • identify and project manage all the SETA’s public events and social projects, and • manage the corporate image of the SETA. In recent months, the client services department has: • arranged SASSETA’s membership of Proudly South African, a small but significant sign of the SETA’s commitment to the country; • heightened the SETA’s profile among target groups through participation in various exhibitions, namely: o Focus on Security Fire and Safety Exhibitions; o SABC Careers Education Exhibitions; o Department of Education Exhibitions.
